Alevate Books keeps a full set of accounts for your store. When an order is dispatched it is posted as a sale, with tax and delivery separated out and the amount your courier still owes recorded as a receivable. Cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders sit in different accounts, so you can see what has actually been collected. Prices and products are read from your store and never written to it, so nothing in your catalogue changes. Purchases, expenses, payroll and stock live in the same ledger.
