If App Market Gap is not what you expected, email hello@appmarketgap.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of a digital service that is delivered in full immediately, so we do not offer refunds after the 14-day window. If something is broken or you believe you were charged in error, contact us anyway and we will sort it out.

What a refund means

When a refund is issued your lifetime access is revoked and your account returns to the free state. You can buy access again later if you change your mind.

Abuse

We may decline a refund where an account has clearly been used to bulk-extract data during the refund window, or where the same person requests repeated refunds.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including any right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.
