Stop COD fraud, chargebacks, and COD abuse before checkout. Build a blacklist to block buyers by email or phone. When a blacklisted customer tries to checkout, the app detects the match and can prevent the order or hide Cash on Delivery and other payment methods in real time. Create checkout payment rules. Add a Cash on Delivery COD Fee to cover COD risk and costs. Report risky buyers to a shared fraud database to help prevent repeat fraud, refused deliveries, and RTO losses.
