About Counterline
Shopify gives you companies, catalogs and payment terms, but no way to quote. Most quote apps build on draft orders, which do not know about B2B catalogs, so a product your customer has a contract rate for gets quoted at retail. You discount from the wrong number and find out when the invoice is disputed. Counterline resolves every line against the buying company's own catalog first and says so when a product is missing from it. Accepted quotes become real B2B orders with terms intact.
