Craftbench lists every unfulfilled item on one page, with the customisation the buyer entered at checkout shown beside it. Each item gets its own status and due date, calculated from your lead times, so you can spot what's overdue or at risk. Filter by any customisation value to batch similar work. When something needs sign-off, send a no-login link where the customer can approve it or request changes. It reads Shopify's own line item properties, nothing changes on your storefront.
