About e‑Widerruf: withdrawal button
Since 19 June 2026, online shops must offer consumers an electronic withdrawal function. e-Widerruf adds a permanently visible withdrawal button with a three-step form to your shop. Once it is sent, an acknowledgement goes out by email automatically – it confirms the receipt only, not the validity of the withdrawal. On request the app also serves the withdrawal instructions from the official model text. In the admin you manage everything with status and deadline checks.
