About Encore
Encore shows product recommendations at the moments shoppers are most likely to add something: on the product page, in the cart drawer, during checkout, and immediately after payment. You build one customer journey and choose which recommendation appears at each stage, with rules that decide who sees it. Discounts apply automatically to the selected item. Every impression and add is matched back to the order it produced, so you can see which recommendations earned revenue.
