About Clearmark EU GARAN Label
From 27 September 2026, traders selling goods to consumers in the EU must show a harmonised notice about the legal guarantee of conformity. Its design and wording are fixed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, so it may not be redrawn or restyled. Clearmark serves the European Commission's own file, unmodified. The notice follows each shopper's storefront language and links to the Your Europe page for it. The admin screen tells you if it is really showing on your live theme.
