When you ship cash on delivery, a refused parcel costs you the outbound shipping, the return shipping, and the handling. The goods come back weeks later. Order Guard keeps a record of every delivery that failed, so the next order from the same person arrives with a warning instead of a surprise. Records are built from what actually happened. Courier problems are kept separate and never count against a customer, and customers can respond to a record. While a response is open, it is not applied.
