When a customer places a custom order, you need design sign-off before production. Proofed gives you that workflow. Upload proof images or create them with the built-in editor and cut file generator. Customers receive a secure link to a branded approval portal (no login needed) to approve or request revisions with comments. Send emails from your own address, with proof links on your own domain and no Proofed branding. Order tags update automatically and can trigger Shopify Flow automations.
