Your staff count on their own phones without seeing the expected quantity, so numbers come back honest. Several people count at once and their scans add up instead of overwriting each other. Scans are saved offline and sent when the connection returns. See variance per item, valued at cost, before a single adjustment is written, then commit in one tap or discard. Items nobody counted are left untouched unless you choose otherwise. ShelfCount reads only your products, inventory and locations.
