Shopify allows one image per variant. Real products need more — a front, a back, a close-up, on a model. Assign multiple variant images to each color variant. Swatchfy hides the variant images that do not match, so the variant image gallery shows only the variant photos for that colour. Give every value a colour swatch or an image swatch. The variant swatches render on product pages, and collection page swatches on every card. Link separate products as combined listings. No theme code.
