About Weigh Kit: POS Sell by weight
Weigh Kit adds sell-by-weight to Shopify POS for deli, butcher, produce, bulk foods, coffee and hardware counters. Staff pick a product by search or barcode, key in the weight, then tap a saved tare container to deduct packaging. The item enters the cart charged at exactly net weight times the rate per g, 100g, kg, oz or lb. Each location charges its own Shopify Markets price, in its own currency(needs POS Pro). Keep weighing and taring through a connection drop, inventory syncs on reconnect.
