Cartoviq checks your storefront, a purchasable product, cart creation, and checkout path approximately every five minutes. The dashboard shows 30-day availability, recent response times, and incidents so you can quickly identify where a shopping journey failed. To reduce false alarms, Cartoviq opens an incident after two consecutive failed checks and marks it recovered after two successful checks. It never places an order, charges a payment method, or accesses customer or order data.
