Trade-in is built directly into the storefront, so customers can offset new purchases with the value of products they already own. They select a used item, receive a real-time valuation, and apply it as a discount on the new order. Valuations follow rules each merchant configures. Customer payment is released once the used item is shipped and verified. The back office centralizes eligible products, valuation rules, and trade-in order tracking.
