Most packaging inserts reuse one discount code for every customer, so there is no way to tell which orders came back. EPIC prints a unique Shopify discount code on a branded coupon card for each order. You design the card once, choosing colors, logo, message and QR code. Printable cards are created automatically when an order is paid or fulfilled and arrive as a print-ready PDF. When a code is redeemed, EPIC matches it to the card that carried it, so you see which inserts earned repeat orders.
