About SamePoints: One Balance
SamePoints keeps one loyalty balance for customers who shop online and in store. It adds points when eligible online orders are paid and Square POS payments are completed, then adjusts points when a related order is refunded. Customers are matched by email or phone and can view their balance in the storefront Rewards launcher. When they reach a reward threshold, they can claim a gift card. Merchants can use Shopify Flow to remind marketing-subscribed customers to claim.
