Miko runs loyalty and rewards for customer retention. Customers earn loyalty points when they place orders, and redeem those points for store credit or a reward code at checkout. Set up VIP tiers that unlock rewards as customers spend more, and give bonus points for referrals, signups, birthdays and reviews. The dashboard shows points activity, redemptions, tier progress, and how many members are close to affording each reward. A storefront widget shows balances and redemptions.
