About TrackIt | Order Tracking
TrackIt is easy to install and simple to use for the customer and merchant. Customers enter their email address and order number and can then see the status of the order and whether or not it has been shipped. If it has been shipped, the customer will also see a link they can click on. If they click the link, they will be brought to the tracking page of the relevant shipping company.
