Brilio is an AI chatbot for your storefront. It answers from your live catalogue and the policies you wrote, so stock, prices and variants are always the real ones. It shows the product it is talking about — image, price, and Add to cart when a single variant is in stock. Order status comes once the shopper confirms the order email. When it cannot answer it says so, and takes their email for you. Shoppers never sign in, and every conversation is searchable in your Shopify admin.
