Emanuel is an AI chat widget for Shopify storefronts. It answers customer questions about products, policies, and FAQs in five languages: English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish. Tone, persona, and styling are set through a guided wizard. When AI cannot help, push and email alerts notify your team. Optional offline mode switches the widget to a contact form. Conversations, analytics, and settings live in the embedded admin. Data is stored in the EU. Higher volumes available on request.
